There are several demos for the Korg Drumlogue ($600 retail), but everyone I skipped through just features shitty club music. It would have been nice to hear something in the neighborhood of experimental/ambient/lo-fi hip hop/percussion with delay pedals. Loopop has a demo, but who wants to listen to a 58-min oral presentation at midnight? If someone finds a good demo, please share it.

Batch #1 is ready to go. I don't love the UI (4 pages of menu-less editing). If you don't mind that, this might be a nice compliment to a Gen Loss or Wardenclyffe, for people seeking the ultimate lo-fi rig.

I saw this and first was intrigued but 4 knobs is way too few. Like 4 layers of functions? nope! then i realized i also am pedge...

But since we get new small companies doing digital does that mean the chip shortage thing is over? hoping more crazy people get back to making DSP

Also anybody who mentioned the new dreadbox? pitchy delay sounds nice

Good sounds, and surely better user interface than the neo series.

I watched most of the Loopop informercial and imo it would be perfect for experimental/ambient/lo-fi hip hop/percussion. Lots of filters and distortions and bit crushing and shit, and the sequencer is decked out with ways to mangle your beta vulgaris.

The builder just said on Instagram that Ribbons will be limited to 150 units because that's all he has parts for, and there probably won't be any more because the lead time on the chip is over a year.

He's still building them, so there will be more in a week or two. Check his Instagram stories for details. https://www.instagram.com/kinotoneaudio/
