I dont get it, i mean i JUST DONT GET IT. How the FUCK after ten batrillion years of evolution has the human body not found a way to adapt to POLLEN without VOMITING SOME MOTHERFUCKING DEATH BILE OUT OF YOUR NOSE. And its always one nostril. I fucking HATE THAT SHIT MAN. If you sleep in any position other that on your back all the mucus in your head will shift to one side and you wake up feeling like somebody hit you in the face with a wrench. AND WHY DOES IT HAVE TO SWITCH.

hahaha. man, i feel ya.
i hate that feeling when it slowly slides from one side to the other when you roll over.
it's even more annoying that you can fell it all inside your sinuses, swishing around and shit but can't get it out, no matter what you do.

Yeah, I struggle with allergies as well. I finally went to an allergist a couple of years ago and it was amazing the difference I felt after getting some prescription allergy meds. If you have health insurance, see if your plan covers a visit to an allergist. Unfortunately I stopped being covered after I graduated from college, but I manage okay with Claritin D.

Dudes,try the following: localized honey,and/or bee pollen. By Spring,my allergies would have me fucked up to the point that I'd miss work(and fuzz
),but my gf is an herbalist and she put me on that shit. Haen't had a problem with it since. Eating bee pollen will keep that shit at bay. And it's cheap,too!
