I never thought last.fm was a major player in online music stuffs, it already is obsolete, I don't usually hear of any bands having one.
Just use myspace, so much simpler.

IDK. i just see people using their last.fm a lot & stuff for i guess listening. not for the band thing.
actually i am having a hard time logging onto myspace now becuz it is saying i have to update my (Firefox) browser & it will not let me log in so i have to look at it in an extremely buggy Netscape browser. & they changed the layout too. i mean, i think that is teh final death knell for me & my usage of myspace. i don't have a myspacemusicpage or anything though.

i have lastfm on my iphone, but i just listen to the music that is on my iphone so

I use it because I like seeing how my music taste changes every week/month. It's alos good for recommendations based on your played tracks.

haha i wasn't aware there was another last.fm thread before i made mine. anyway last.fm is cool but i just use it to track what music i'm listening too, not to actually listen to music, that's what spotify is for.
