Does anyone have an unused Reddit account? (other markets?)

I need to liquidate a few things to pay bills. Unfortunately, Reddit's main gear sellers forum requires a 90-day approval period. I could've sworn I had an ID from several years ago, but I can't find the ID or email. If anyone had an account they don't use or a spare login, it'd be appreciated.
Also, any thoughts on places to sell outside Reddit/ILF/TGP/eBay/Sweetwater/Reverb? I had a friend put stuff on facebook marketplace, and I'm about to do Craigslist.
It feels like if you're not on Reverb, there's just no way to unload stuff anymore. It doesn't matter if you've got the lowest price anywhere, everyone feels so emboldened to lowball you. "Hey brother, hope you're doing well. You've got this listed for $195, but would you take $175?" --(thinking in my head) No, I wouldn't, you toad. It's already $75 off retail and you want me to give you $95 off retail. I really hate the fake nice guy routine. Like if you butter me up, I'll be cool with you trying to fuck me.
I blame this on Reverb. When I didn't include an OBO option on eBay, this basically never happened. Now, you can't list anything without people acting like you're running a charity for dipshits. If someone's already got the lowest price available anywhere, and you're trying to play someone against other sellers, you're an asshole and you absolutely know that you're lowballing people.
