A/DA amplification contact

Does anyone know if A/DA is currently open for business? I have had an item there for repair since July 2019 and I cannot get a reply from them. Communication from them was already terrible before the pandemic so I realize it is probably futile now. At this point I just want my broken pedal sent back to me, but if the last email I got from them is any indication they lost the pedal I sent them. Anyway, sorry if this is the wrong place for this post but I don't really know what else to do at this point. I'm not trying to pick on a small business during a difficult time, but honestly they have been dicking me around for a long time before this shit went down so I don't think it's unfair.

bumping this just in case...my issue remains unresolved. Sent them another email with zero reply. If anyone knows of a way to contact them besides the methods listed on their site I'd love to hear it. My next step will probably be emailing them from another email address in case they are just ignoring mine. :(

This thread actually reminded me that I sent them an email quite a while ago and I haven't gotten a response either.

The A/DA forum is still around but not sure if there's much activity these days. Maybe there's some alternate contact info buried in there? :idk:

Looked into it and apparently the whole reason that forum exists is so that members can help each other out with tech support since A/DA is famous for having shitty service. SWEET

They haven't posted on FB or Twitter in over a year. (no IG found) Their site doesn't even show a phone number, just fax. That doesn't look great.

https://www.adaamps.com/Contact.htm ---I wonder if they're still in their listed suite.

From your emails, do you know anyone's full name? I'd try looking any employees up on social media or through white pages.

Maybe one of the toan lords on TGP would have some inside info. Good luck.

I did start a thread on TGP also but they redid their format and for some reason can't track down my old post to bump it. I do pass though Concord occasionally, I guess I could just show up and see if anyone is there.

I wish there was some recourse but for a company this small and niche that already has a shit reputation there isnt much i can do. I guess I just their shitty reputation was more widely known...might have saved me the trouble. I guess the lesson here to anyone considering one of their products...DONT

That does look weird. If I saw a screen cap, I wouldn't even realize I was viewing TGP until SRV's deific calluses were brought up.

Woah thanks! I guess the minimalist look is more modern or something...but it makes the forum hard to navigate. I hope this one never changes haha.

Damn, I know they've kind of dropped in and out of existence for the past 40 or so years but I never knew they had shitty customer service.

So I know Dave Tarnowski was the original A/DA designer who I think owns them and a google tells me he was bringing back Prescription Electronics last year...

I remembered a relevant thread on the defunct huge racks forum and found something similar at rig-talk. The info is old and rig-talk is reminiscent of TGP so take from it what you will:
