Reverse Octave Up (aka The Legend Of BAKVENDT)

So I've been thinking for a long time about selling my Empress Superdelay. It's a cool pedal, but the only thing I'm using and have been for the last 2-3 years is the reverse octave up, which I love, although it's currently only on during a few seconds of our set. I do feel that part would be pretty useless without it though. Also, for one effect (and since I'm studying and haven't got that much money right now), it feels like a bad idea to just sit on it. Basically, should I sell it?
Are there any other pedals that do the reverse octave up thing I should know about? I've got a Ct5 (which I'll probably get rid of too) and a PS-3 (keeping that) and while those two are often mentioned to do the reverse octave up thing, I do feel they sound pretty different. I just like the superdelay sound more in that way I guess... Or maybe I'm just used to it more. Any other pedals around that do this?
I reckon the superdelay won't exactly go up in price, so perhaps I could just buy another one down the road. But still...
Help please!

Sell it and shoot me a message for a simple Fv-1 custom pedal with reverse octave up delay.

Wait, you do stuff like that?

Yes I do custom from time to time. It's mostly very expensive, but for something simple like this where I already have a hardware solution (3knob 125B fv-1 board) the pricing doesn't need to be as steep

Red Panda Raster does this I believe. Haven’t tried it but I think I saw it in a demo.

I'd definitely be down. Right now I keep my Avalanche Run around almost exclusively for the reverse delay, and I'd way rather use this pedal which does not yet exist. I miss my Tåken a lot and this would make me feel better somehow.

Sure! But would be a very simple pedal. Could do one of these three things:
1. Sample playback where the audio is played back at double the tempo in reverse. Fv-1 has 1s of memory so you'll end up with Max 500ms delay time.
2. Simple reverse delay followed or preceded by a +1 octave generator. ~900ms delay time.
3. Granular reverse delay where all the grains are played in reverse at double speed. 1s delay time.
Parameters: delay time, repeats, mix.

Option 3 sounds the most trippy based off description alone.

Will it have a repeat function in which each successive pass is increased by another octave?
(I had popped in to say the reverse of an octave up is an octave down, but this thread is too cool for that weak joke)

I would vote 2 or 3.
