I was supposed to meet Schnikesy when I was in St Louis for a conference, but one of his children got sick. Anyways, he sent me out to a cool pub that brewed its own beer and distilled its own whisky and what not. Had a few beers and the tornado came in, so we couldn't leave the place. No taxis were out driving, so the only thing to do was sit inside and drink beer. I remember having a rad half and half with IPA and grapefruit juice.
Ended up getting rotten drunk. Eventually the tornado passed and they could ring me a cab to get me back to the hotel. Bought a bottle of their whisky to take it home as a present to my wife/souvenir.
Flew back to Sweden the next morning feeling hungover as shit, looking at all the road signs, billboards and roofs that had blown off on the way out to the airport.

He was a good 'un that Schnikes.

Might have to have a sip of that whisky...

My wife informs me that she didn't like the syntax of my post implying that she is a souvenir.
Just to be clear, the whisky is a souvenir, and my wife is most definitely not.

So, Schnike's not comin' back?
