EHX HOG Freeze/Gliss question - Please move thread

EDit*** Shit. Wrong section. Please move to the general gear section.

I got a HOG V1 again. Last time I had one I was using a MOOG exp pedal - this one came with the M-Audio. When in the Freeze/Gliss mode and have the dry killed, if I hold some notes then pick other other notes, the new notes slowly fade in. I thought if you have the exp pedal toe down it should hold the notes as long as you have the exp pedal in the position until you move it allowing other notes to "gliss" in. You can go from toe down to toe up to get a sudden change in the notes or you can vary in between the toe positions for the gliss effect. I'm wondering if the issue I'm having is because of the expression pedal - that it isn't actually achieving full travel enough to fully allow no notes to pass through.

Does this make sense? I'm going to get a MOOG exp anyways but I just don't remember having this issue before.

Think I had an M-audio when I had the HOG. If I'm not mistaken you can adjust this via the grey "knob" on the side of the expression pedal, as well as a switch underneath. Might be wrong, but remember fixing it this way myself. Let me know if this solves anything or is bs.

Yes, the M-audio does have that adjustment knob. I have still had a few things that it didn't work with the get the full range of sweep.

No experience on the HOG but fuck that sounds awesome.

Yeah it has the fine tune knob and is adjusted accordingly. I think it might just be the nature of the HOG in the free/gliss mode. It doesn't happen in the freeze/volume mode.
