After the runaway success of ILFEU2k16 I wanted to start a thread to discuss the as yet theoretical glorious 2k17 meet-up.

Time: Summer again?

Venue? I know Stockholm was discussed, would be very down with that. I personally have a limited ability to host in terms of floor space but I can get practice spaces, live in a fun city to drink in (I think) and could probably rustle up some fun times. In short, the spirit is willing but the flat is small.


Yes I know this is a long game! I just want to try to make this even fuzzier and more fun than last year if such a thing is possible. ( Norway bros)

Just throwing it out there: We'd be happy to host again. You probably want to visit other places (where the windows open), but at least it's an option.

Haha. It would be the same or less in Manchester but the beer is cheaper. But it's a less nice city.

It might be worth looking into similarly interesting spaces, as well?

Last so hard at Vid's bit about not wanting his mom. Makes me wish I could do all the ILF Meetups. Gonna try to make the Midwest happen even if it's unlikely.

Wish I had a sweet rehearsal space but alas. I'm very keen though, either Norway, Stockholm or UK sounds great. No idea if I'll be in Europe by then but we'll see

I'd like to join as well, schedule and downtime permitting.
