TL;DR: Ryan Adams took the design of the Midnight Amplification Giant Sound (Model T preamp), modified it a little by merging it with some Boss design, and started selling shirts. Nic publicly called him out, so the shirts were removed and now there's a massive argument over copyright and other general bullshit.

Correct. He's also the dude that scrubbed his Shark Tank of any mention of delays in shipping/difficulty getting refunds, etc.

Only stopping to say that I saw Ryan Adams last year because my wife and a few buddies fully idolize him. I was in the doghouse for a few days because I went to the bar to get a drink, sat down for a minute and fell asleep for most of the show. Shits so boring. And he was a total ass to people there during the part I was awake for.
