I tried to buy it and I can't log in to my PayPal through their portal, but can in an adjacent window. Tried on 3 computers. Something's fishy here...

Still trying to see if they can do an international order (can forward but billing address on website is locked as USA). Am hoping it doesn't sell out before it can be sorted - if they can organize it for me.

I managed to sort one out through contacting them privately. You may now commence talking about it again. R.I.P my bank account.

Neato! Looking forward to picking up one used down the line. $450 was too much to spend before christmas though.
So, who's in the collective besides CB? Let the conspiracies begin!

Whomever it is let's hope their pedals are priced more competitively.

Sounds kinda cool. Am I wrong in viewing this as a more elaborate version of something like the Antichton?

Yeah it wasn't the most easily digestible price. I definitely wrestled with the decision. But I'm too much a fan of Joel's work to pass it up. Haven't ever bought anything new off him, yet own the entire Chase Bliss collection. I figured this time it felt justified despite the pricetag. However, I assume more Ayahuascas will be sold down the line - just not limited edition ones. They could all be limited I guess (i.e. different small-runs with a different paintjob). Just speculating though. You reckon future Abracadabra pedals will all get the CB treatment? I got 2 midiboxes to fill up. 2 slots left.
Tbh, with only 10 units in first run, I thought it would have sold out by now - even at 450USD. But I guess it was released around the time America was going to sleep after their Thanksgiving dinner. And the website could only serve American customers (I had to get in touch privately and ship to a forwarder). Maybe in the morning it will sell out when people wake up and see their emails?
Now I gotta work out if I sell the Goatkeeper or the Gravitas. Can't have 3 tremolos, and need to recoup some costs. Gravitas is probably the much much smarter call as there's a lot more overlap. But I pride myself on having the entire CB collection and would feel a deep shame in letting it go. And with the Lightning Wave Doom + 80tape CV generator coming out, I'll have a whole heap of sequencing power with or without the Goatkeeper.
Decisions decisions...
Might just keep all 3 and sell a kidney. Only need one of them right?

I think they did.
It still says in stock on the product page, but if you click 'buy now' this is what I get:

Not like I had 450$ anyway
But seems like there could be some veeeeeery interesting things coming our way
