Cool shit in Gainesville/Tampa?

Gonna be in thay area for the next couple days. Any cool stuff I should check out? Record stores, gear stores, dope food, etc.
I know im going to Ichetucknee Springs for sure.

La Tienda Latina in Gainesville is pretty legit mexican food, Mi Apa is good cuban, the fried yuca is fucking awesome as is the media noche, and Satchels is my favorite pizza place there. Hope that helps!

Oh and if dim sum is your thing Yummy House does it really well Sunday Mornings, also in Gainesville.

I left Sat night but did some sweet stuff while I was there. Got Satchel's and it was delicious. I was sad I got take out, though; one of the coolest looking restaurants I've ever seen. Didn't try the other places you mentioned but I got a tasty burger at Public & General. Billiards, barcade, and the Atlantic provided a fun Friday night (they were playing Mad Max 2 over the bar while there was "Motown" jamming in the background
). Also saw copious gators at Payne's Prairie, pretty dope.
Ichetucknee Springs was fucking gorgeous and I will certainly be going back there at some point soon. Definitely altered my perception of Florida.

Yeah now's the time of year for Payne's Prairie for sure. That barcade is also really fun, I like it there a lot. Last fest we didn't get full weekend passes and basically hung out there friday night seeing if we could score wristbands from anyone.

There is also The Dali Museum in St. Pete. I haven't been, but I definitely plan on going there the next time I'm down that way.

Also, if you like beaches, South St. Petersburg Beach is pretty awesome. Actually, most of the Gulf Coast beaches are pretty awesome - lots of blue water, white sand, and beautiful women in bikinis.
A lot of the restaurants near the beaches have fresh seafood, too.
