I'm driving up to Vancouver next weekend, staying a night or two in Portland and Seattle. Recommended some good spots, any type of food and or whatever you think that city does best.

Portland:
Bollywood Theater: Kick ass indian
Boke Bowl Tasty lunch asian bowls
Pok Pok: great thai street food [a favorite of everyone I've brought here]
Andina is super spendy but redeamingly delicious [older crowd]
Clyde Common
Nongs is supposed be great but I haven't been.
Division Street Food Cart pods are fantastic: great variety and a beer garden
Little Big Burger is an easy lunch spot. They are about to go national, but some good stuff.
Por Que Non? Great Mexi
Anything in particular you are looking for?

Thanks!
We eat a lot of Mexican food here so I guess more Indian/Afghan/Pakistani would be nice. That Thai place sounds enticing.
A little pricey isn't an issue if it's good and worth it. A good steak/ribs/etc place would be nice.

Spendy meat: Imperial
Trendy meat: Little Bird
Hipster meat: Le Pigeon
Lumberjack meat: The Woodsman
Wood fired meat: Ned Ludd
Hand held meat: Olympic provisions
General awesomeness: Tasty & Alder <- interesting menu and awesome drinks. A little pricy, but you can work the menu to your advantage.
Best non-portland portland restaurant: Departures. If it's nice out, it's the top floor of the Nines hotel. Nice outdoor balcony. Might be worth it for a drink. The food is incredibly good for a place that looks like it walked out of a fantasy someone had about what london clubs looked like circa 1999. Really nice small plates.

Seattle:
Thai: Jamjuree on 15th. Nothing too fancy, but the best pad thai I've ever had (and I miss it dearly)
Vietnamese: Tamarind Tree is absolutely amazing. Make sure you start with the pork rice balls and a green mango salad.
I've heard that Vij's in Vancouver is some of the best Indian food on the planet (no joke) but I've never been there.

I've never been to vij's but it has one of the most inconsistent reputations around. They have a food truck now too which I hear is pretty good.
Marutama Ramen is really good, but usually has a wait.
Los Amigos is good tacos
The Naam is a good 24 hour vegetarian restaurant.
1/2 Roll I would recommend for sushi but sushi restaurants are everywhere so the quality is pretty consistent
I barely ever eat out though because everything is expensive.

If you're into vegan food there's a really awesome place called Plum in Capitol Hill in Seattle! Kinda pricey but some of the best food I've ever eaten.

Wayward Vegan in the U district also has amazing vegan breakfast.

For Vancouver:
X-Site on East Hastings has good and really affordable burgers, salads, steak, etc.
Las Tortas on Cambie has great burritos.
Robson Street is has a bunch of nice international restaurants but it's a little on the pricier end.

What about a good massage place in Vancouver? Not a handjob kind of place. Just a really good massage. Looking to take advantage of the USD to CAN exchange rate.

Yeah Spa Utopia is good. I'm in the suburbs so I've only been to the Langley location, but I'd imagine they're all good.

The north van one is on the water and last time I saw it all the industrial/docks had been replaced by park or empty overgrown lots so its this weird monolith of relaxation surrounded by nothing.
