I don't think that's a very common feature amongst the available flangers.

This reminded me that I bought a new flanger - A/DA PBF Flanger on Saturday. Tried it out yesterday. And it ruled. So hard that all my other flangers are now just historical curiosities, interesting for their quirks but ultimately irrelevant

I'll post a pic or two later tonight and write up some more cohesive thoughts but how the hell isnt this on everybody's boards?

1. Top mount. Inc top mount expression. side-mount DC jack
2. Expression for manual sweeeeeeeeps!
3. About the same size as a 1590B (!!)
4. Sweep goes from piew piew ray guns to 30 second whooshes.
5. It's only 180 bucks new and built in Murica.

It's got a whole bunch of other cool things but I'm typing this on my phone while avoiding doing the dishes and getting out the door to work. Stupid dishwasher broke.

But I don't care because I've got the worst-named best flanger ever.

I've got backwardsvoyager's old original A/DA, otherwise I'd be all over one of these, too. They are awesome things.

Yeah, I saw that you'd posted you got one of these the other day. I've been interested since they'd first announced 'em.

I'm glad it's living up to the high reputation of its lineage. A/DA is some versatile flanging.

I tried the big one... did it sound the same?
The big one wasn't for me... I prefer MXR inspired type of flanger.

I have yet to play the Flanger that dethrones the FX72.

But that top right knob is giving me some really silly GAS:

Real tempted by this. Have a reissue big box A/DA & love the sound of it. I understand with the PBF you can get the same sounds despite the sweep of the knobs being different on the PBF vs. the big box. A/DA has a few videos on YouTube showing how the different sweeps between the two versions line up to make the same sound.

Exactly where I'm at. Want dis but I do already have the clone....

I pre-ordered one and have had it since day 1. Amazing pedal but I am actually thinking of selling/trading it. Honestly, perfectly fine with the flanger on my Mobius. The PBF Flanger does some crazy stuff, but not really using a lot of flange at the moment. Still thinking about it.

It's crazy how they packed so much stuff into such a small package and sounds great.
