Devi octave: Vintage Fuzz Master vs Destructo Noctavia.

I picked up a used VFM off of Reverb for pretty cheap recently, and I am really digging it. Almost like it as much as my French Toast.
Anyway, since they are both octave fuzz, I was wondering how the Destructo Noctavia differs from the VFM? From the demos I've seen, I like the sound of the VFM better, but the DN seems pretty cool as well.
Would you say the VFM is more like one type of octave fuzz where the DN is more like another? (Say, a Tone Machine vs an Octavia or something).
