We're in solidarity with the Eurobros today.
The conservative state government we just kicked out actually moved Labour day to October when they were in, to "break up the cluster of holidays around this time of year. There are too many", but we voted a Labour Government back in after the Libs sold all the remaining state assets and cut the fuck out of jobs, particularly making life difficult for state employed hospital and education employees.

The term "liberal" down here means liberal conservative, just so you aren't confused.
And no, I'm not even joking.
Although it's hard to tell the two major parties apart these days.
