Well you changed your email address and didn’t forward to your new address so I couldn’t get ahold of you. I recognized your name when you commented on my thread. I didn’t say a word about starting a thread to say anything bad about you or put our emails into public but it looks like you’ve got my name all out in the open so here we are.


What happened was I sent him the invoice, he didn’t pay, and six weeks later he emailed me asking where his pedal was. I thought I screwed up and put it in the mail right away, it wasn’t until much later I realized he never paid the invoice. I sent reminder but he’s says he doesn’t use that email address anymore. Now he just says "its four years later, yeah I feel bad about it but its not happening dude I’m not paying you got talk shit on the forum all you want.” It basically came off as “paypal can’t make me pay, and I already got the pedal so hahaha”.

I showed him loads and loads of evidence, screen shots and emails and the unpaid invoice, and he says “yeah well maybe I didn’t pay that, I could have paid some other way”. Well ok, which way is that?

He tells me there is no way to prove the invoice isn’t paid, so I forwarded him the still unpaid invoice from our original emails. He ignored it.

He also tell me that he knows he paid me, because if he didn’t then paypal would have shut down his account by now (no idea what that means).

Does this mean that you have proof you paid him $145?
If so, you should have just said that in your original post or better yet
sent him the proof in private and never started this thread.

Guys, if you both agree, I will be glad to listen to both sides of the story and review all of your evidence and render a decision via binding abitration. Binding is the key word here and my decision is final and if find money is owed, then the money must be paid within 72 hours of my decision.

I think I was in on that Nieh mess and yes he did eventually make good as I recall.
