Snow storm Jonas

Anyone putting up with this shit? I didn't know they named snow storms. I'm used to hurricanes getting names, but not snow storms. I've also been drinking since noon. I wish I invested in more alcohol.

They have changed the total amounts 5 times
3-6" Wednesday
1-3" Thursday
3-6" Friday to this morning
6-10" is now what they are said as noon
So who knows what we will end up with. Looks like about 3-4" right now.

My girlfriend's in Valdosta, and she said she had some flurries but I don't think anything is sticking. She was supposed to drive up to Atlanta today but didn't because of the weather, which is A-okay with me

I'm in Rome which is pretty far north so I had high hopes. Now it's just cold as fuck and NOT snowing.

Yesterday, CNN was all about how DC was completely shutting down for the weekend.
Named snow storms are a relatively new thing (last year or two), basically The Weather Channel just wanted to feel more important.

I went to DC once and there was 6" of snow and the place shut down for 2 days.

Haha fuck you guys. Last Thanksgiving we had 7' in a day and a half in Buffalo. Yeah, that's FEET, not inches. Didn't/couldn't leave the house for a week.

This snow is fucking bullshit and has destroyed the little bit of a weekend I was going to have with my wife who I have seen for 3 hours since this past Monday. I got to spend time with H as he was snowed in with me, my mom, and my grandparents. I get home to our complex and they cleared EVERY space EXCEPT for the both of ours. Fucking bullshit. I am so done with this. I also need to leave at 5/6 tomorrow to drive an hour and 40 minutes in the shit in the dark for work. Unreal.

When I moved from new england to the south, I was like "the fuck is this shit?" Bc it would snow a quarter inch Sunday afternoon and melt by Sunday night and schools would be closed on Monday. The midwest is slightly better, but I miss my 3 feet.
