Making Demos

I want to make some demos with my iPad. I want to be able to pause recording and go direct in for audio.

The app I use now does everything g except I can't hear any audio until I play the video back. So I'll record a 5 minute video and unplug everything and realize the levels are all off and start over.

Any suggestions for good apps?

Honestly, I'd move this to the General Gear forum.

You'll get more bites.

I can recommend Apogee gear for direct-in, but don't know any apps.

Can't you just split the signal before going into the ipad? Send that signal to something that will allow you to hear yourself playing.

Yes Casanova, but then I'm hearing the mixer, not the sound going trough the iPad. My very first demo was awesome. Then after I put it on YouTube, I had to crank the volume to barely hear it. It was clear as a bell when recording though.

Can I move it or does a mod to that?
