Apparently this just became available.
It's basically just a 8*8 patchbay with no preset switching or anything like that but in a much more convenient form factor than a typical rackmount patchbay.
Could be useful...

Woah, that's way cool! Useless for my small board, but I'll keep it in mind when I (eventually) go back to a larger one.

Saw a picture of this on reddit. The design is totally awesome. Could be a totally awesome tool for somebody. My board is not large enough for it but this being able to fit alongside the pedals on somebody's pedal train is fricking great.

I see it also as a great tool for trying out effects order without having to unpatch pedals a billion times

Yeah, exactly what I was thinking.
Even though this uses minijacks for the routing in the middle, interfacing with a modular requires amplification/attenuation anyway so it'd be more of a pedal thing for me too...

It would still be pretty cool to use with a Send/Return unit which is what I was thinking about.

Fucking damn it. I just posted a thread that hoped to do something like this.

Welp, now all my plans are shot. This is a great idea.

Instead of making yet another five post thread, bumping this for some feedback.

I know Blakestree has one on his pedalboard, I have one en route to show up sometime next week. Anyone else?

I want to get one soon but really don't have the board real estate right now. I have considered getting a 2nd board for dirt/pitch effects but then i'm unsure where I would run it. But yes I have been lusting over this for a minute. I would love to record a loop and then switch my looper to the start of my chain to mangle some shit.
