Anyone else gassing for one?

I was at a crayfish party just outside of Stockholm the other day with Brian and he mentioned envelope control of the filter,an lfo and a also a function called "beast mode". I'd drunk a few shots of brännvin by that point and I can't remember the exact details of what Beast Mode actually did, but I do still have the napkin containing Brian's attempt to illustrate Beast Mode using only the tail of a crayfish.

I'm still trying to interpret exactly what it all means.

Maybe Brian can chip in?

I read that story on Usenet actually...I think someone was eavesdropping? I also heard on IRC that the beast mode had the ms20 filter and skittles for capacitors. For some reason I thought I heard that it would self oscillate and have FM?/
