any hints? or admins who can help me out?

That just means that they haven't read it yet. As soon as they open it, it will go away from the outbox.

You could send them another message so that it maybe e-mail alerts them again?

It's probably not really stuck in your outbox. That's usually where it'll stay until the recipient opens it. It just means they're not checking their PMs.

ah thats great, thanks guys. i mean not great because i have an unfinished trade going on and no reaction to my messages. i simply thought the member didnt get my messages. sucks somehow...

necrobump on feeling a lil worried about sending payment for a pedal to a longtime user last month. Though they've logged in and posted at least once in the new year, my PM asking for a head's up after not receiving any tracking or a confirmation PM saying the gear shipped, is still in the outbox

Sometimes when I'm in a rush and log in to see that I've gotten a PM, I go into my inbox to see who it's from without reading it. When I log in later it says "0 new messages" at the top of the screen and I forget about the unread PM until I get a new one. Might be a stretch, but that's what can have happened. Try sending another one.

Yah, I'll try again within a few days. I totally understand communication anxiety - I suffer from it myself to a certain degree. When money's involved, though, I think that shuts off my procrastination reflex

Yeh. Sometimes I do the same as uglycassanova.

Patience is hard. Some people don't communicate as well as others. Sometimes both things combined.

Give is a few more days maybe? I have heard a lot of people have been burned in the past but I haven't heard of anything recently.

Man, I did that to someone who was giving me free stuff. I felt so bad that I just flat out forgot to answer for like a month.

I always read my PM's but I've noticed I've even been bad at giving out tracking info over the last year. I'm not sure what my deal is, so apologies to those who I haven't been as direct with. That being said, I always make sure they get their stuff. The only time I won't answer a PM is when I'm insulted by an offer, which sad to say happens quite a bit here.

So if it's been more than a week with no communication, I'd send them another PM and let them know it's not cool. Sometimes you have to do that. If they ignore that, well, then I'm sorry but you gotta be outed somehow. There's a trend of people protecting others with shitty trade/selling ethics here and it needs to fucking stop. If someone cannot do what they have committed to, then they should not be allowed to trade/sell here. I really wish we had a damn feedback rating system. That would help so much.

i got ahold of party in question on taco's behalf (and my own) -- and perhaps a few others. stuff should be in the post soon. fuzz breaux on tough times.
