People do it here all the time and not even only in restaurants, my Italian friends refuse to eat it with knife and fork, even in restaurants.
In defence, the pizza honestly does get cold after a while.

It depends on my mood with the fork and knife issue with pizza. Sometimes idgaf about greasy fingies, and sometimes I wanna be a fancy bitch who cuts their pizza with utensils and smokes a bubble pipe afterwards.
