Life's short, eat anything and everything you want in moderation and move around a lil and ignore food trends...

I mean...moderation is okay. But hungry is strong.
so cut back on the carbs I won't use and refill it with veggies and protein. I'm also watching my sugar intake. I SHOULD pay attention to my sodium but ....one thing at a time, you know?

Yeah but natural sugars and sodium are good, watch out for sodium if you eat out or eat prepackaged stuff... Sodium and sugars kill 'Mericans the most...

I cook more often then not, which is why I don't really count the sodium because I'm not just adding salt/there's other ways to flavor things. Same with the sugar, but I figure triangulating calories carbs and sugars should provide me with an idea as to where I stand. I count protein for fun/make sure I get enough. Been going "american low carb" 100g.
So yeah.. I'm a sad sad american.

uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
maybe? I'd probably hit up a protein style burger or chicken, though.
I'm picky about my hotdogs. Hebrew National. I don't have to think about eating prostates or tongues or livers or ears.
Otherwise I'd be eating the hotdog stuffed crust pizza at Pizza Hut
