Anyone use CD Baby to distribute/sell their music? If so, how did you like it? A friend of mine is thinking of using it.

There are better ways. When we got CDs made at a pressing plant, it was only like $100 for 100 and that was 9 years ago (probably way cheaper now). I don't know what kind of music you play, but there are a ton of distros out there that will sell them and get them out to a wide audience. I remember I didn't like CD Baby when I checked them out (I seriously considered it way back when) and I didn't feel like they didn't really provide me any service I couldn't do easier/better. Plus, it is always better in my opinion to use have that personal edge. With bandcamp, facebook, etc., I feel like you can easily cut out the middle man.
Also, everytime I see someone advertise "get our album on CD Baby" I just kind of loose interest because if they didn't want to invest the time in printing a run, why should I invest the time in buying from a print on demand? I know it is kind of silly, but I can just get a digital file and directly support a band usually.
I guess if the ease of it makes sense, then go for it. I don't know. I just feel like bandcamp kind of makes it obsolete in ways.
edit: Also, be sure to read a site's terms and stuff. Sometimes these print on demand services get the "first publication" rights and the ability to use it for their own gains. It's always something to be wary of (esp. in the art and writing worlds) because when you go to license or provide a track to a compliation, you may be creating a world of trouble.

I also feel like CD Baby has been superseded by bandcamp.
