How to pixelate my photos from iphone

I can never post pics on here from my iphone. How do i make the pixels smaller. I tried to make it as small as i can but its still 1200 by 850. It says it needs to be 800 by 800

I bet there is an easier way, but I email them to myself. When I do I pick "medium." Then I upload that one. Medium is the perfect size for here.

I always use Tinypic.com. Sometimes there's an ad or a catchpa, but it's quick, there's multiple size options, and they give you a tagged forum link ready to paste.
