Hey guys. Serious question here and looking for serious thoughts on it. I've noticed since being an ILF member that things have change drastically about this place. Members left, members came, but the dynamic of the site changed as well in the last two years or so.

People are super respectful, which I like.
People are very helpful, which I like.
BUT! People get upset here about stuff that used to be a non issue on ILF.

When I first joined it was pretty much anything goes. I'll admit I was annoyed at how open some member were with this policy. Being overly obnoxious or just down right nasty to others or offensive for no reason at all.

But I think at some point things kind of got boring? Is boring the right word? I don't mean I'm bored here, but rather that it seems that anything outside of the norm gets hated or bashed on.

Am I crazy? Am I alone here? HELLO?

I blame it on the Doom Room naturally. No reason really other than DOOM SUCKS! lol


So you could say, well fuck, people are getting older and growing up. Or people want to have a better internet presence for whatever reason. I just miss the Wang Bar ok. I MISS IT!!!!

Might be that people are growing up. I mean I'm definitely not the longest running member here and in the time that I've been on the forum I've graduated from college, got married, moved 3 Times and had a baby. Also I think it's just changed from less boob pics to more actual legitimate discussion and questions being answered

That's fair. But I've been a father for ten years and married for 12. That didn't change me at all. Lol. I feel myself becoming more crazy with time. Haha

Boobs are one thing, could care less about that. I mean more like the just general vibe. Sometimes this is like a second talkbass to me now.

I could see that too. Just curious of what you guys think. I'm not opposed to it either way.

the thing that i find kind of weird lately is that like for every cool or informative discussion there's like an accompanying discussion about how cool ILF is for enabling that discussion to play out.
has anyone else noticed that?

i like this place because it is so nice. discussion will have conflicting points, and then people will just be like, 'oh i guess we like different things, that's sweet that you like what you like even though i hate it!'
