I'm moving from Charleston, SC to Seattle, WA, soon, around the end of next week. Going to drive my car, full of my stuff; already gave away everything that won't fit. Coast to coast, I'm going to see a lot of the country. What would you do, just slog through? See some sights?

Go as slowly as possible and see some cool shit.

You only need one spare of everything. Load up with ammo.
Shoot the fuck out of any animals in sight. Even if you can only bring back 20 pounds. Just use more ammo to free up room.
Attempt to caulk the wagon and float it if James is being a dick and you don't feel like hearing his shit anymore.

Let us know when you get here. Recently befriended a dude from Florida who was running sound. I guess he'd gotten in with the wrong crowd and for 7 months, thought the music scene here was dead.
He has been enlightened, but it'll help you if you know where to go and not to go right away.

Yeah I'm looking at the map and realizing how big the midwest really is. My sister made the trip from Oklahoma about a month ago, and she told me to really watch the fuel gauge going through South Dakota. We used to live there, so I know. Don't want to run out of fuel out there in the barren wild.
