I've had people Fed Ex me pedals and it takes FOREVER. Relatively, at least. And Fed Ex needs someone to sign most of the time, so if I'm not home when they come by, no pedal for me.

I've seen some new faces around lately, especially in the B/S/T, so I thought it might be nice to remind everyone, in case there are some first time sellers/shippers. I know 90% of us use Priority as the standard pedal shipping method, but for you other 10%, remember:

FedEx: Not Even Once.

UPS is a total joke, too. For pedal flipping, Priority Mail is the only way.

I haven't had much experince flippin and shippin like some of you. but yeah. seems to be thee best way

also, it's super cheap -- like $6 most of the time, at least if you're talking 1-2 pedals.

USPS Priority is the choice for small stuffs.
FedEx is the best for amps & guitars though.

I haven't ever sent an amp or guitar. Seems like it would be SUCH a pain in the ass.

Shipping amps and guitars is a pain and in that instance fedex is usually better.

USPS is great for everything else however.

Canada Post and USPS is the only way to go, and that includes for basses(/guitars) and amps too. FedEx may suck, but its probably the best courier. UPS consists of fucking crooks. I wouldn't use them ever again even if it was free.

Yeah, I've never NOT used priority, the difference is like $0.50 or so.

I use USPS 99% of the time. There are very few reason I'll go to UPS as I hate them and they are slow as fuck and charge more. How the hell does that make sense? Doesn't to me. Fuckers. PLUS they are the only service that has lost something I've shipped. So fuck them.

USPS employees are great at my Post Office, but I do everything online. Anyone that doesn't needs to consider it because it is a money and time saver. You can ship anything, anywhere online as long as you know how to measure shit. It's my new go to and has saved me hundreds already.

Fed Ex is the worst. They are just douche bags. I've had them straight try to deny me value on an instrument I was shipping. Told me they can't do that much because instruments get lost and broken so much. Of course I told them "don't lose or break it, problem solved". Morons.
