GAS gets enabled, other things don't.
What are the things you should really be spending your money on or saving up for?
Personally, I took up a student loan in order to finally get my drivers license (at age 27), but 6 months later I've bought enough pedals to fill up two pedalboards, but I have not a single driving lesson.

Spending most of my money paying my future self. Maxing out my 401k and Roth IRA and investing in VTSMX. Looking to "retire" by my early 30s.

Paying off the student debt I accumulated this year by dropping out of uni after the census date for fees and using all my scholarship money to travel
Seeing medical specialists for a couple of health issues I've been neglecting for way too long
Moving out of home or paying board to my relatives
Buying people gifts for holidays like Christmas that I don't celebrate but somehow keep receiving gifts for
Buying proper food to eat regular meals instead of screwing my diet to save money
A car that functions properly and doesn't cost half the money I earn in fuel
I could do this all day holy shit this is depressing

4.10 gears and a rear locker for my Jeep. Also I should pay off the washer/dryer before the 0% interest expires.
So, that means I'm trying to decide between a Lastgasp Misty Cave and Mountainking Magnetar right now.

You guys sure seem to have a lot of car problems. Maybe I shouldn't get my drivers license after all...

Have you fucked money? It's dry, and sometimes gives you a rash you can't shake.
I was thinking about it but now I know I need to
A) Fix the car. It's been two years, and it's not getting better.
2) Move out of my single room apartment, and start looking for a house. My Mom's mortgage is less than my rent.
C) Glasses and health stuff. Haven't seen the doctor in years, and glasses without insurance is expensive.
Everything though hinges on the fact that I make shit money, and I need to balance a budget.

I need to pay off my credit card, get ready for the next round of quarterly bills, service my car (at least thats paid off now) and start working on the kids' Christmas presents. Oh and uni books for next year.
What did I just drop $96 on? New filter caps and valves so I can jam fuzzy butt-sludge with my brother without my amp popping every other note.
Never gonna make it to the promised land.
Although, I would join Ion Caulk in a heartbeat.

I haven't bought a new pedal in months! Seriously, it's been like, six months? I got all my debts paid off, and the wife and I bought a house earlier this month. Our mortgage payments plus utilities and taxes should only add up to maybe a couple hundred more each month than we used to pay in rent, but I'm still avoiding spending any unnecessary money right now so I have a bit of a safety net.
Oh, and I need to get new tires for my car asap. It's mildly dangerous to drive in the rain with the current tires, and it rains a fuckton in the Vancouver area. Thankfully it doesn't snow here much, so I'm just going to get a set of good all seasons.
