Just saw this on the Instagram
I'm in need of a new reverb pedal...
Not entirely sure how I feel about the graphic

kinda curious how it sounds. just the fact that it has a trails switch makes it better than 90% of what's on the market already to me.
pretty cool that they include the stomplock and velcro too.
strange graphic but i like the colours.

i dig the look, the colour combo is really cool
love that it has reverse and trails, looks promising
(sidenote: i finally figured out how to activate trails on my dimension reverb after owning it for maybe two years? happy but feeling dumb for not doing it sooner)

Didn't we have an ILFer who worked for Digitech? Maybe he could shed some light on this...

Oooh. I was thinking of getting the T2, but this seems just as cool.
Edit: It says true bypass. I wonder if it switches to buffered when the trails are on.

Yeah, leaves turn, I believe!
Also yeah I'm pretty sure if would be buffered in tails mode, can't be true with tails as far as I understand, but then again, I don't know anything technical

If Halo means gated reverb, I am so down.

Doesn't it usually mean Shimmer?

That is I!
Tom answers pretty much everything over here:

The Polara has the same DSP as the RV7 except for the Halo mode, which is a re-tooled (less extreme) Supernatural algorithm. Soft-touch footswitch, external trails toggle, smaller chassis.

s/trails/tails
I'm wondering if that was a typo ala tremelo.

I'm not really interested in this because I'm pretty content with my Trinity for all my reverb needs.
That being said though, this looks pretty decent in terms of functionality, and it's nice to have the tails switch on the outside of the pedal, rather than an internal dipswitch that most companies seem to favour. Although I'm not a fan of the graphics, it's great to see Digitech experimenting with pedal aesthetics. It'll be interesting to see what else is on it's way from them.

This could be cool.
Any chance of a black and silver edition?
Pastels are not my bag.
