No. I would never give a cop a reason to pull you over, knock on your door, etc.

I say if they are at your door then ignore them. If they ask why you didn't open your door. Say sorry officer. I couldn't hear you over the loud music.

Is there a noise ordinance in your place of residence? If so, the cops can certainly come to your residence to talk or just ticket you.
Busting down your door should take a warrant which needs probable cause and a judge signing off.

Best to not invite the man into your life unless needed.

They did this to my neighbour I used to live next door to about 8 years ago. They didn't kick the door down but they came pretty goddamned close and these were big strong metal lined doors.

I called the cops on her, fuck that shit, it's 2:00 AM on a weekday and you're blasting the Eagles and Bob Marley, I gotta be up at at 5:30 AM for work and when I knock on the door politely at 11 you fucking turn the music UP? Fuck you lady, when the cops knock on your door and you do the same thing they don't like that.....

I fucking hated living there.....

I was gonna say, be considerate when blasting. That and stuff too loud sounds like ass eventually.
