Yo ILFers a few of us were talking in the drunk/high thread about getting a group to meet up and smoke so I figured I'd make a thread.

I'm happy to host people in my townhome if anyone wants to come. The plan was to just get really stoned and hang out, eat food, listen to records, jam and hang out around Minneapolis. I've got couches and ample floor space for crashing on. Still need to find a weekend to do this that works for the most people. If you want to come:

- You must be ok with cats, I have three. They are shy and super nice, they'll never bother you. If you're allergic I can clean the place up real nice and keep the cats in a separate room.
- Be cool with some of us smoking some weed. No one will pressure you to do it, you should just be fine with us doing it. If you'd rather drink, bring whatever you like to drink, I'm sure I'll join you eventually. Just be able to handle your shit (which I'm sure everyone on here can).
- Feel free to bring pedals or instruments if you want. I have a guitar and bass setup so if you don't want to lug an amp, that's cool.

That's really about it. I'd just like to meet some other ILFers really. I've got a porch we can sit at and smoke/drink all day, tons of bars/restaurants within walking distance and plenty of records to listen to and movies to watch. Not to mention the eventual noise jam we all have to record.

So let me know what day works for you. The Megabus stops quite close to my place and I'd be more than happy to pick you up from the stop. Either in my car or we take the light rail.

I'm tentatively interested, just need to figure out viable dates and transportation.

I am, of course, down. I think once a date and group number are reached we should make a list of who is bringing what, perhaps the cost as well just so it's all fair so to speak. i.e. if you bring one joint to share and someone else bakes brownies to share that there is some compensation, like you pay for their part of the pizza or whatever.

If there is going to be jamming I'd bring my recording set up for sure. If we could get an electronic drum set for that day, that would rule.

Eventually I'd like to do a screening of Wizard of Oz w/Dark Side of the Moon on Vinyl in SURROUND.

I can bring teh beer.

I've always got Hamm's and Jameson on hand. I'll have plenty of bud, hash and wax. Two bongs, a spoon, a chillum, a Pax and a Da Buddha (for flower or wax). Bring your favorite pieces if you want, I love glass.

If people haven't seen Samsara we should watch that, it's amazing high and even better on acid. I usually throw on a Fuck Buttons album to pair with it.

13 hour drive..... If any Missouri ILF'ers want to go it is possible we could carpool.

I can bring 2 different strains, flavored papers, and some glass. I'd be down to make some brownies at the meet-up for the car ride home, everyone could toss in a lil herb, and fresh baked brownies for all!
