I'm Lucky to have a Long and McQuade almost down the street from me.
as far as my home town goes .. this location has some very nice gear!
every time i go - i try to pick up / and play as many guitars as i can. just to feel them out.

i'd love to hear some stories.
any Great finds? anything surprise you?? what did you check out .. find interesting ?

today =

i bought a Blues Jr. III that i rented. i liked it so much .. i bought it :joy:
this is like the 5th Jr. i've tried. and this one just sounds Great . Plus > the inspection date is my BDay of this Year! ( it's meant to Be  )
Fuzz pedals sounds Amazing through it !!

i tried a bunch of Guitars.

i really liked the new Danelectro Baritone! a perfect example of something i wouldn't think to try, But .. when i picked it up > it sounds really cool!
i played some crazy expensive closet classic/ custom Fenders. sure they're nice. but .. at 3 / 4 thousand dollars they better be. and .. i like My strat better.

i own a Squier classic vibe tele. i Love it. i've played like 5 more now that are kinda shit :erm:

saw a Vintage Gretch Country. a Vintage Jazz Bass ..

some Douche bags with bluetooth ear pieces .. talking business and checking out Gibsons ??

You guys got any stories ?

Nice score
I only have sad L&M stories like when I let a Jaguar Baritone HH and a Fender Tele Baritone slip through my fingers

My local store seems to have a steady stream of used Peavey T series guitars, though I have yet to pick one up.

My localest shop is DiPinto Guitars.

Which is cool because Chris DiPinto is buds with Alan from Mountainking. So, they usually gots some Mountainking stuff in stock and not just pedals. Weird synths and amps that Alan's modded too.

The music shop where I teach lessons has a second floor dedicated half to acoustics and half to basses. I got to play a modulus last week. What a fantastic bass.
