Radiohead's 15 step was in 5/4. It was on the radio. Does that count?

Not whole songs, but a couple of pop songs that drop beats at weird points.

Heart of Glass by Blondie. The bridge at 2:00, first time through the 8 beat pattern it drops the fourth beat of every second measure. The second time through it goes back to straight 4/4, but it's almost unnoticable.

Hey Ya by Outkast. The general pattern throughout the song is three measures of 4/4, one measure of 2/4, then two measures of 4/4.

Yeah, that's what I've got off the top of my head.

If you count the Beatles as pop, they have a ton of songs that have parts with weird time signatures, such as Happiness is a Warm Gun, Across the Universe, All You Need is Love, the bridge of Here Comes the Sun, etc.

Pink Floyd Money is 7/4
not so much pop but it is a popular song so I guess it fits the definition.

Pop music as in boy bands and shit. You can thank the Beatles for everything on the radio.

so it's not really possible to make a good song in a weird time signature unless you're the beatles

Limelight by Rush jumps from 4/4 to 3/4. Fucking annoying when I was in high school bands that wanted to cover that. Always felt worse for the drummers who suggested it in the first place...
Oye Como Va = 12/8 [afro cuban beats]
The 11 by the dead…not really popular but kinda rad rhythm…
Thick as a brick is something weird if I am remembering correctly.

I used to love playing drums along with this song.
