A couple users a month have been visiting ILF to find that they can't access the site. Some can from their computers, but not their phones.
It's been causing confusion, and I'm sorry.

It's either an ILF glitch that temporarily bans them......or their internet provider temporarily banning ILF.

I'm not sure which, and it seems to resolve itself quickly in most cases, preventing me from doing too much research into why it's happening.

It's possible that IPs' security programs see all of the non-secure places to enter text on ILF, worry you're going to give away credit card info, and block our IP. I'm guessing this because Internet Explorer's security sometimes blocks ILF for this reason.

I'm working on getting to the bottom of it.
If you think you got banned, REMAIN CALM and email me, cause actual banning on ILF is super rare...if you actually get banned, there's no way you didn't expect it, cause you'll see it coming, and you'll know it's because you've been a giant douchenut.

ILF will always be free, forum and B/S/T. I feel pretty strongly that that's the way good, welcoming, open forums should be.

I help offset some of the costs of running ILF with the Shark Tank (paid builder spam forum) and Adsense...I'd rather have Google kicking in some money than beg ILFers to send more money. I'd be just as excited if that money goes to supporting one the builders here.


But there is a pretty epic ILF project on the horizon...so you might see me ask for some donations soon...but the key to asking for donations is to make sure you're really, really giving something back to the people donating.

Seriously though, I love that this place is free, and fucking oath it should be, but if it came down to each of us chipping in a small amount to get ad free and onto a glitch free server, I'd be down.
