I live in Rome which, if you don't know, is kind of a musical shithole. I've decided the only way I'm going to be able to play with any like-minded musicians is to venture out to the big city.

I play bass. 28 years old. I have a wife and kid, work a lot of evenings. Will probably only be able to get together once a week or so. Even if nothing comes of it, I need to play with other people. Pretty sick of playing in the bedroom.

I'm down to play pretty much whatever. As long as its interesting and you don't mind me using my pedals. I'm assuming if you post here, you won't mind.

I don't know if this is the right place to post this or not. if not, feel free to move it or whatever.

Who will save me from my musical hell?

I'm from Columbus, GA. I currently live in Valley, Alabama. That's a ways away from Rome. I have no car. Otherwise, I'd be all over it. Your pedal usage would be most welcome, though :/ I totally get where you're coming from. I'm under the impression that everyone where I live hates any music that's not twang-pop, let alone anything with fuzz and feedback

Thats about 2 hours. Not awful. I wonder if there are enough ATLiens on here that we could have a little get together. doubt it, though. I just need to get my shit together and move to Providence.
