I was looking at the aor and migs before i was coming into money i didnt need to survive. I might buy the Model t reissue. It sounds good to me and Ive tried it before.

You've talked about getting a hovercraft T based amp. Put a down payment on it. and then stick with it. In the meantime, get a pharaoh, Rat ( VT if you can swing it) and an OD. I'd recommend the quantum mystic. HM2 would also be sweet for some stuff you have been talking about. Nicks take on that pedal made me realize how rad it can be.

THEN WRITE THE FUCKING RIFFS. Way more important than what you are using is what you are doing with it.

Mate...if you have that much money...you can either buy a really expensive amp or address your whole rig. The reason i say this is because most amps can do what you want them to do, just look at the variety the bands you listen to use...the key is not to forget about the signal you're putting into the amp...and apart from your fingers and note preference which are a huge part, theres guitar, pickups and pedals. Some amps wont play nice with some pedals and vice versa...so you might spend all your money on an amp but then realise it doesn't sound great and it might be that you need different pickups or pedals, or even speakers...but by then you've spent all your money and your stuck with a sound you don't want until you can afford to buy the other parts.
