My searches led me to this, which, if you read the entry all the way through (it's not terribly long) is....needless to say, mind-blowing. Not like everything else in astronomy is already mind-blowing.

Globular Clusters are epic.
The real trip is trying to zoom back in with as few clicks as possible.
EDIT: Zooming into the small stuff I realize that people can't keep up with scientific discovery. Up quark, down quark, strange quark, charm quark? Are you serious?
Listen up scientists, this isn't an RPG, THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!!!!

Zooming out in that thing gave me a stomach ache.
Also naming things can be hard, and physicists probably played a lot of d&d so, you know... magic
Anyways hopefully Carl doesn't decompose too much by the time we can resurrect people.

I'm actually taking a course next year in astronomy called "the Big Question"
Essentially looking into the nature of space and time and how everything was made + some of the physics behind it all
I'm pretty excited
