I don't have anything I want to sell. I do own a '57 Sunburst Strat, '62, '67 & '76 P Basses and a '56 tweed amp. All original with no mods. These are truly vintage instruments with their original cases. They are not and never will be for sale. I just get a kick out of you nimrods that constantly post "vintage" on your Peavey, Samson and other off brand crap. Your stuff is not vintage it's just old. There is a difference.
Given he kinda has a point, I just love the idea of some guy sitting at his computer getting all red faced about people "misusing" the word vintage.

Obviously doesn't gig with that stuff. Probably doesn't even play it much, if it's in pristine condition. Peaveys are fucking workhorses. Virtually indestructible. My Deuce has all the toanz of bonertown. And built-in phaser, so fuck that guy. I'll never understand the whole gear as trophy wives thing.

Your stuff is not vintage it's just old. There is a difference.
Vintage is just when something was made. I've got some vintage 2012 supermarket wine in the fridge.

I feel like converting a "vintage" twin reverb into a line 6 spider fixed permanently on insane and mailing it to him for lolz.
Paint it pink and mark every knob "t0nez" for extra umph.

Man, there's this one guy on the DFW craigslist.
He had a ton of Peavey stuff posted a while back, listed FSOT.
He was the most impossible dude to try to deal with.
Wouldn't budge on anything, he tried getting like $400 trade value for a $200 amp (Marked at $300).
But then when I stopped responding because he wouldn't budge at all, he kept emailing me.
Still trying to get me to take the deal he offered.

I have a friend who works for a contractor
I spent a week of vacation in February patching holes our electrician cut in the walls, stripping wallpaper (off the CEILING) painting, restoring floors, fixing vents and ductwork, etc
Fuckin' guy has the nerve to tell me I was misusing the word "renovation" to describe 9 days of labour
