Satin Telecaster Gold Hardware Switch

So I have this Fender Standard Telecaster with the Satin finish which is a really really great guitar for the money. http://www.fender.com/series/standard/s ... me-orange/
I want to replace the hardware with gold. However, I've never switched out hardware before and I'm slightly unsure about a couple things.
Are all Telecaster Bridge plates the same size, assuming that I find models with the correct number of screw holes?
I was looking at this one.

But I also found this which seems to be exactly the same but much cheaper? is this legit?

Will American Standard tuners with in the neck of a MIM Standard Tele without mods? I was looking at these.
