Casio PT-10 mod request

Hey,
Is anyone interested in modding my Casio PT-10 synth?
I'm looking to have the speaker removed and add a plate of switches and knobs over the speaker grate, as seen here:

Here are some of the mods that I've found:

Additionally, I'd like to add a 1/4" output and retrofit it with a midi adaptor

Two of the keys are unresponsive, too, so I'd like to have those fixed as well. Probably just needs the contacts cleaned.
I'm not looking to have it done right this second, but I wanted to see if anyone wanted to take on this project in the near future. Thanks!
