I'm in North Texas for school, and it snowed a bit last night. I'm from a bit further south, so I'm not used to this at all and it's weird.

lol, a certain Dentonite posted on Facebook today about how bright snow is. AND I MADE FUN OF ALL OF TEJAS.

But seriously, it's a hell of a lot colder today than it was yesterday, but somehow Milwaukee avoided the snow. It's weird. I don't know if it has to do with the lakes or what, but precipitation always flies just north or just south of us.

Haha, but yeah. It snows here seldom enough that no one knows how to behave. No one can drive in it and most people don't have proper snow attire.

I can't imagine driving in Dallas with snow...

This might sound weird, but I actually am jealous of you Canadadians. I LIKE cold weather, and I fucking HATE hot summers. I live in New England for christ's sake, and I hate how warm it is like 8 months of the year. I've told my wife that when our son is old and we're all empty nest, we're moving to Alaska, or Greenland, or Norway or fucking Siberia. She's cool with it.

Pffft. I grew up in Edmonton, and that isn't even all that cold for up there. Once when I was in Uni, we had highs in the -30s for over a week. The earth must be heating up or something, because no way is it as cold around here than it was a couple of decades ago.

It is -28 outside right now as I write this in Cowtown, which everyone around here thinks is super cold. I'm with chiefy though, I love cold and hate it when its too hot, so this is just about right for me. I sit inside and drink dark beer and eat chili. Perfect.
