Christmas is rapidly approaching which means I will be getting a $100 AMEX gift card from work. Since it would be no fun to buy sensible items like clothes, gas, and groceries with this money, I have decided to buy music.
Recommend 1 album I should buy. It doesn't matter what genre. It should basically be your #1 choice of a musical gift you would like to share with a person if you had to pick just 1. Pretend I was an alien. What would be the first album you would play for me? It should preferably be something that is not totally popular as I could probably figure that stuff out myself and it would be a boring thread. We all have Toto IV in our collections so there is no need to recommend that (I'm looking at you UG).

Yep I got that one. One of things I am going to buy is the Yellow Swans/Birchville Cat Motel collaboration. If you haven't heard BCM, check them out (him actually,it is a one man project).
