had a weird issue with a knob on a dba robot, sent it in, got it back 2-3 weeks later repair free of charge
pretty awesome death by audio

Dba has great customer service. A few years ago I had an issue with my Robot, they weren't able think replicate it but they sent me a new one anyway.

Yeah, that's the best thing about them: Their pedals come with a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, I've had to use that a couple of times. And sometimes, it has been difficult to get in touch with them. But they've always repaired them.
Now, if they'd just start reissuing some of their crazy custom fuzzes...
