Changing guitar bridge issue - piece stuck

I'm changing the bridge on my guitar to one that doesn't have rusted screws to one that autolocking (so it doesn't fall off when changing strings), has graphite saddles, and I guess isn't supposed to rust.
Anyways, so I'm taking everything off, but one of the pieces that goes into the body is stuck and won't come out. I tried prying it up with a small flathead screwdriver, and got nothing but a few scratches on the finish :whateva: It looks like it may be a tad bit rusted down, anyone have any ideas? Here's a picture for reference:

I just used a flathead screwdriver as a punch and hammered them out...but I wouldn't recommend that on a finish you care about.

take the bridge post that threaded in there to home depot and match the threads to a screw that is longer. Thread that in there and use it as a handle to pull it out

Ooh, I will try first since I have screws here. If nothing, then I'll try the second. Thanks to the both of you!
