I really want to go, but I have big reservations against going to a show on my own. Who's in?

how did i have no idea they were playing here? i'm so out of the loop. normally i'd go, but i'm playing a show saturday and am also super broke. wish i'd known ahead of time. it was awesome last time.

I'm pretty sure they're playing tonight and tomorrow at Roseland Theater. It says it starts at eight, and if I'm reading the listing correctly they're playing with Earth on Saturday!

For some reason I was under the impression that there were a lot of us in this area? You haven't let anyone else from ilf either?

Well, Mark from MSLP (onthetundra) is here in town and Jake (hatshirt) from over in Bend are the only peeps i've met in person from the board. Oh, and Steve from Ancient Warlocks. We play with them next month.

Wow! That seems like a lot of people considering how small of a forum this is! If I don't make it tomorrow, I'll definitely be at the one next month. Also, just throwing it out there, if anyone wants to get a beer or jam shoot me a pm!

we can't jam at my place, though, because it's an apartment complex and the neighbors are way lame when it comes to making fun music sounds But we could do the headphones thing or jam acoustically at a park too if anyone's up for that?

I live on NE 112th (I guess they call it Gateway?) but I'm in Montavilla quite a bit of the time too. What about you?

112th is way out there. or at least it seems that way. i'm at ne 66th and alberta area. i used to think this was way out there, but now it's not. i love this neighborhood. but yeah, gateway. don't know of anything out there. we could get a beer sometime though and talk about delay pedals. or go to a show, but i mostly go to metal shows. i like a lot of different music though, so don't judge.
