Greetings from ILF Idaho (all two of us) Labor Day 2013

Today, to celebrate being laborless slackers, I got together with Mr. Dubkitty himself and many spitting noises were made.

I would have done proper photos but well, this is ILF. All you want to see are pedalboards. The panoramic shot encompassing as much as I could get, this is it:

Future holidays will perhaps be met with similar abuses. My neighbors probably love us by now.

No recordings this time. AC on too loud and it would have been a third person.

Looking at a Jamhub or equivalent for the future though.

Mine is to the left. I don't have six wide angle lenses!

Why not, you've got at least four 2mm Dunlop picks?

Nice, I prefer the 1.5mm picks even though the color on the 2mm ones is better.

1.5 has too much flex for me, I am one of those wacky people.

I've also been playing with the 2mm Big Stubby and John Pearse rosewood sarod picks. Ever try anything like those, rfurtkamp?

I used the old 2 and 3mm stubbys for a bit before going back to the purples.

The various wood picks I've tried haven't ever inspired me enough to revisit them now 10+ years later.

Maybe someday, when I'm old and stuff

Yeah, I've found the wooden picks are better for playing single notes than they are for strumming.

I don't always play with such heavy picks.

Sometimes I use a 1.14mm or a .96 or just my bare fingers.

You should try something heavier, hbomb. Drastic changes in sound occur.
