never mind that he's a horrible actor. he doesn't look the right way and i just want to punch his smarmy half smile smug face in the goddamn FACE.
FUCK. they FINALLY make a good superman movie? and then they do THIS??!?
so bummed. i was really looking forward to this. dunno if i'm even going to see it now.

A) There's no such thing as a good superhero movie.
B) If Affleck does one shitty comicbook/fanservice bullshit waste of an hour and a half so he can go back to making good movies like Argo, good for him.
C)Can't they just retire batman already?

that just kills any boner i had for that movie.
and it was an IMPRESSIVE boner.
like 7.2 on the Belladonna Scale.

i love you Dose Dose, but i couldn't disagree more. i LIKE good superhero movies. it's an interesting sub genre of sci fi.
and Batman has been played out, but he's still one of the most interesting characters connected to that genre. hell, even WITH the uner popularity and constant reimagining he's still fun to read/watch.
i know it will never happen, but i would love to see The Goddamn Batman from All Star Batman And Robin turned into a movie. then followed by Dark Knight Returns.

Like he will suck any harder than Clooney or Kilmer or Bale... No one can plays Bats men, it is fact, a good bats mens movies would be bats mens dying in the first five minutes and the villains playing gin for 2 hours.

Every single Batman depiction ever has been fucking inept and awful, even when the movies themselves have been ok. It has nothing to do with the actor. It is an impossible part to play well.
Affleck has made some damned good movies (Argo, The Town, Good Will Hunting, Chasing Amy and Gone Baby Gone even though he didn't actually act in that one), but he's made some fucking godawful swill too (pretty much everything else)

urrrrrrr i tried to watch Chasing Amy again the other day. NOT good.
meh. The Town was a'ight, he was serviceable but nothing special. didna watch Argo 'cause it looked boring and Affleck is just.... just an AWFUL actor.
YOU'RE ALL WRONG. KEATON'S BATMANS WAS AWESOME SAUCE. BALE WAS GOOD AND THE WARRRRRR ISHHHH SHEEEEE WAS ADORABLE.
