So my roommate moved out recently and I have a small-ish completely empty room that I want to fill with all of my music stuff so I can have it close by for bass jammin'. I wanna know what else I should fill this room with? Carpet, posters, fishtanks, nitroglycerin, etc. I need all my fuzz bros to tell me what to do, I'm lost without you guys.

if i had a room just for musics i would totally cover the walls with blown up posters of nekid me cuddling nerd paraphernalia like plushy Companion Cubes or Eve Hypos or Studio Ghibli figures or with a Bjork poster covering my bits so i could see a Ben Headed Bjork whenever i needed inspiration.

Color light cans, a fog machine, an oil projector, a soap bubble machine, candles, incence, freak art on walls. And posters, sure.

A coffin with or without a skeleton or a skull. Or a goat or a snake or something would make a nice addition.

Hookah....lava lamp....bean bag....chess board...that LED furniture that lights up.
All of the above is cool. Oil projectors rule.

also, big inflatable objects. my band space has an inflatable cactus which is neat. I don't know where it came from, though.

Honestly, I didn't even think of having furniture, so that's something I need to find for sure. I plan on having either one full wall of amps, or split my stereo setup and point them both at me in the center of the room. And I gots to have that nerd paraphernalia, mmmmmmm. Sadly, I gave my sister my beer fridge... Thankfully a real fridge is just two rooms away.

too far. go on CL and find you a swanky mini fridge for fitty dollahs. i bought a PLAIN one for like $25 when we moved practice spots. LOVE end of the school year deals near the colleges.
